The COVID-19 booster campaign is being accelerated. One of the consequences is that a shorter interval between the last vaccination and the booster vaccination.

People born in 1957, 1958 and 1959 can now schedule an appointment online for a COVID-19 booster vaccination by the Municipal Public Health Services (GGDs). There should be 6 months between the last vaccination and the booster vaccination.

The Minister for Health, Welfare and Sport (VWS) has decided that people aged 18 and older working in healthcare and social support who have direct contact with patients and/or clients will be offered a booster vaccination.
